I am all for beautiful visualizations. But I am also always thinking of ways to use interactive visualizations to solve practical problems. One big challenge many teams face is not being able to quickly pull together a webpage and show real-time data at a user’s request, without having to go through IT and web designer for a 2–3 weeks turnaround time. Tableau can be an easy solution to these problems.

The example I am going to show you in this post is an events calendar built with Tableau. You can embed into your web page with a gsheet sheet behind it , no rocket science involved!
